What You Will Do:

• Managing and analyzing strategies for marketing, promotion, and product improvement of the respective products
• Supporting daily-run of business development and retainment for varies of Financial Services' products with internal & external stakeholders
• Supporting the research, trend, and enhancement of the respective products
• Assisting high-level meetings and business plannings of respective products with internal and external counterparts

What This Role Needs:

• Minimum Education Standard: Bachelor Degree with Economics, Business, Management, Digital Tech, or Financial Service related major/studies.
• Fluent in Indonesia and English
• 1-2 years working experience; preferable from similar industry background (digital business in reputable fintech companies)
• High proficiency in managing and analyzing data; familiarity with quantitative research in digital technology business
• Competency in managing cross-sector external stakeholders (banking, private entities, and related B2B partners)
• General understanding of Financial Services and Technology Business in Indonesia

What is The Expected Output

• Running the daily operational, marketing, and product development of Financial Services products' of Tokopedia
• Supporting thematic issue and trend of Financial Service and Tax Products (expanding biller, engaging with partner, assisting related business unit under GoTo for business' acumen)
• Assisting the analysis improvement for newly launched products of Financial Service and Tax with high churned user potential with internal and external stakeholders
• Conducting: (a) research for Financial Services' Expansion (b) yearly performance's report for Financial Services products' of Tokopedia
• Creating a robust plan on marketing and product improvements for related partners/products
• Assisting the engagement with national and international banks, aggregators, top tiers billers, and related stakeholder
